folklore
Returning from a vacation at the Bay of Fundy in Canada, I collected a large amount of driftwood. I was always fascinated by folk and primitive art and I wished to create my own set of mythical figures with as little manipulation as possible. Utilizing other found objects, both natural and mechanical, I assembled the parts into innocent and childlike figures.
